The Gannel Swoosh 14th August

A few of us met up at Crantock beach on Sunday 14th for the Gannel Swoosh. With Mark's support on his paddle board we swooshed down the Gannel only to return on the change of tide to swim into the most glorious sunset . A faster than normal 2.5k accompanied by background music from the Board masters festival !Thank you Mark for a perfect swim on a perfect summer evening. More swims will be coming up over summer.
