Do I need to bring any training kit to the sessions?
We sometimes use kickboards, pull-buoys, hand paddles and fins during our training sessions. You will need to bring your own if you want to use them.
How are the lanes set out in the pool?
We have 6 lanes in each pool, including a development lane and competition training lane. So whether you’re just getting back into swimming, swimming to keep fit or training for your next competition, we have a lane for you!
Are all the changing facilities and showers operating at Truro Pool?
There are Covid restrictions. Please try to turn up for training ‘pool ready’. Entry is through the door to the right of reception straight onto poolside. After your swim you can use the individual shower cubicles for a quick rinse.
What about parking at Truro Pool?
There is free parking at the Leisure Centre, but remember to register your car, or you will receive an expensive ticket. There is a screen in reception and we have a tablet at the entry to training where you can enter your car details. Also remember to ‘Confirm’ your details to complete the process.

Do you run social events throughout the year for all club members?
We are planning to run social events throughout the year, that our current members from Truro and Saltash will be invited to. Keep an eye on the newsletter for more information.

Can I join a trial session before becoming a full member?
Yes, we offer one trial session (£5) before full membership. Please complete the form below if you would like to register for a trial session, and we’ll let you know the next available date.
